- Same Issue Recurrence: If the same problem we repaired recurs within 30 days, we will first attempt to re-repair the device at no additional cost. If we cannot resolve the issue, a full refund of the repair service fee will be provided.
- Quality Concerns: If you believe the repair was not performed to professional standards, please contact us within 30 days for evaluation and potential refund.
- Parts Included: Refunds for repair services include any parts installed as part of that specific repair.
- Diagnostic Fees: Diagnostic fees are non-refundable once the diagnosis has been completed and communicated to you, regardless of whether you proceed with the repair.
2.2 Business Consulting Services
Business consulting services are eligible for a prorated refund if the agreed-upon service scope is not completed:
- Incomplete Services: If we are unable to complete the consulting engagement as agreed, you will receive a prorated refund based on the work not yet performed.
- Client Cancellation: If you cancel a consulting project before completion, refunds will be prorated based on work completed to date, minus any non-recoverable expenses incurred.
- Deliverables: Refunds are not available once deliverables (reports, strategies, documents) have been provided and accepted.
- Hourly Services: Hourly consulting that has already been performed is non-refundable.
2.3 Notary Services
Notary services are non-refundable once the notarization has been completed:
- Completed Notarizations: Once a document has been notarized and the notary seal and signature have been applied, the service fee is non-refundable.
- Cancelled Appointments: Notary appointments cancelled at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
- No-Shows: If you fail to appear for a scheduled notary appointment without notice, no refund will be provided.
- Incomplete Documents: If notarization cannot be completed due to incomplete documents or identification issues, a partial refund may be available at our discretion.
2.4 Other Services
For other services including website development, digital marketing, graphic design, and custom application development:
- Refund eligibility depends on the stage of project completion
- Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced
- Custom work that has been approved cannot be refunded
