We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any repair will restore a device to a particular condition.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Impromptu Success and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of our services; (b) your violation of these Terms or any law; (c) any device, material, or content you provide to us, including any claim that it infringes a third party's rights or was unlawfully obtained; or (d) inaccurate or incomplete information you provide to us.
