1. How to Schedule an Appointment

Scheduling an appointment with Impromptu Success is quick and easy. Follow these steps:

  1. 1Visit the Scheduling Page - Go to appointments/schedule.html to access our online booking system.
  2. 2Select a Service Type - Choose the type of service you need:
    • Computer Repair
    • Phone/Tablet Repair
    • Business Consulting
    • Notary Services
    • Other Services
  3. 3Choose a Date and Time - Select an available time slot that works for you. Green slots are available, gray slots are booked.
  4. 4Enter Your Information - Provide your name, contact information, and a brief description of your needs.
  5. 5Confirm Your Appointment - Review the details and click "Book Appointment" to confirm.
  6. 6Receive Confirmation - You'll receive an email and/or text confirmation with your appointment details.

Tip: Book at least 24 hours in advance for the best availability. Same-day appointments may be available for urgent repairs.

2. Shopping in the Marketplace

Our marketplace features products from trusted local vendors. Here's how to shop:

  1. 1Browse the Marketplace - Visit marketplace/ to see all available products.
  2. 2Search and Filter - Use the search bar or category filters to find what you're looking for.
  3. 3View Product Details - Click on any product to see full details, photos, and reviews.
  4. 4Add to Cart - Select quantity and click "Add to Cart" for items you want to purchase.
  5. 5Review Your Cart - Visit your cart to review items and quantities.
  6. 6Proceed to Checkout - Go to checkout to complete your purchase.
  7. 7Enter Shipping/Pickup Info - Choose delivery or in-store pickup and enter your details.
  8. 8Complete Payment - Enter payment information and confirm your order.

Protect your purchase by registering your warranty:

  1. 1Visit the Warranty Registration Page - Go to warranty/register.html.
  2. 2Enter Product Information
    • Product type (computer, phone, tablet, etc.)
    • Brand and model
    • Serial number (if applicable)
    • Purchase date
  3. 3Enter Your Information - Provide your name, email, and contact details.
  4. 4Upload Proof of Purchase - Attach a copy of your receipt or invoice.
  5. 5Submit Registration - Click "Register Warranty" to complete.
  6. 6Save Your Warranty ID - You'll receive a warranty ID number via email. Save this for future reference.

Important: Register your warranty within 30 days of purchase to ensure full coverage.

5. Filing Warranty Claims

If you need to make a warranty claim, follow these steps:

  1. 1Check Warranty Status - Verify your device is still under warranty at warranty/status.html.
  2. 2Gather Information - Have ready:
    • Warranty ID or registration number
    • Original receipt or proof of purchase
    • Description of the issue
    • Photos of the problem (if applicable)
  3. 3Submit a Claim - Visit warranty/claims.html and fill out the claim form.
  4. 4Wait for Review - Our team will review your claim within 2-3 business days.
  5. 5Receive Instructions - You'll receive an email with next steps:
    • Bring device to our location, OR
    • Ship the device to us, OR
    • Schedule an on-site visit
  6. 6Device Repair/Replacement - Once received, we'll repair or replace the covered item.
