Scheduling an appointment with Impromptu Success is quick and easy. Follow these steps:
- 1Visit the Scheduling Page - Go to appointments/schedule.html to access our online booking system.
- 2Select a Service Type - Choose the type of service you need:
- Computer Repair
- Phone/Tablet Repair
- Business Consulting
- Notary Services
- Other Services
- 3Choose a Date and Time - Select an available time slot that works for you. Green slots are available, gray slots are booked.
- 4Enter Your Information - Provide your name, contact information, and a brief description of your needs.
- 5Confirm Your Appointment - Review the details and click "Book Appointment" to confirm.
- 6Receive Confirmation - You'll receive an email and/or text confirmation with your appointment details.
Tip: Book at least 24 hours in advance for the best availability. Same-day appointments may be available for urgent repairs.
Appointment Types

- On-Site: We come to your home or business (additional fee may apply)
- Virtual: Video consultation for remote support and consulting

4. Warranty Registration
Protect your purchase by registering your warranty:
- 1Visit the Warranty Registration Page - Go to warranty/register.html.
- 2Enter Product Information
- Product type (computer, phone, tablet, etc.)
- Brand and model
- Serial number (if applicable)
- Purchase date
- 3Enter Your Information - Provide your name, email, and contact details.
- 4Upload Proof of Purchase - Attach a copy of your receipt or invoice.
- 5Submit Registration - Click "Register Warranty" to complete.
- 6Save Your Warranty ID - You'll receive a warranty ID number via email. Save this for future reference.
Important: Register your warranty within 30 days of purchase to ensure full coverage.
Warranty Coverage
Our standard warranty covers:

- Physical damage (drops, liquid damage)

5. Filing Warranty Claims
If you need to make a warranty claim, follow these steps:
- 1Check Warranty Status - Verify your device is still under warranty at warranty/status.html.
- 2Gather Information - Have ready:
- Warranty ID or registration number
- Original receipt or proof of purchase
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the problem (if applicable)
- 3Submit a Claim - Visit warranty/claims.html and fill out the claim form.
- 4Wait for Review - Our team will review your claim within 2-3 business days.
- 5Receive Instructions - You'll receive an email with next steps:
- Bring device to our location, OR
- Ship the device to us, OR
- Schedule an on-site visit
- 6Device Repair/Replacement - Once received, we'll repair or replace the covered item.
Claim Processing Time
- Review: 2-3 business days
- Repair: 3-7 business days after receiving device
- Replacement: Subject to availability, typically 5-10 business days
