- 2Enter Personal Information - Provide your full legal name, contact information, and date of birth.
- 3Provide Vehicle Information - Enter details about your vehicle including make, model, year, and license plate number.
- 4Upload Required Documents
- Valid driver's license (front and back)
- Proof of vehicle insurance
- Vehicle registration
- 5Select Your Availability - Tell us which days and times you're available to make deliveries.
- 6Review and Accept the Driver Agreement - Read through our Driver Agreement and accept the terms.
- 7Submit Your Application - Click submit and you'll receive a confirmation email.
- 8Complete Background Check - We'll send you a link to complete a background check (required for all drivers).
- 9Wait for Approval - Once your background check clears, you'll receive approval within 3-5 business days.

2. Driver Requirements Checklist

3. How to Accept Deliveries

- 2Set Your Status to "Online" - Toggle your availability status to start receiving delivery requests.
- 3Review Incoming Requests - When a delivery is available, you'll see:
- Pickup location
- Delivery address
- Estimated distance and time
- Delivery pay amount
- 4Accept or Decline - Review the details and tap "Accept" to take the delivery, or "Decline" to pass.
- 5Navigate to Pickup Location - Use the built-in navigation to head to the vendor/store.
Pro Tip: Accepting deliveries quickly improves your driver rating and gives you priority for future requests.

- Delivery Address: Customer's location
- Order Details: Number of items, special instructions

4. How to Complete Deliveries
Follow these steps to successfully complete each delivery:
- 1Arrive at Pickup Location - Park safely and go inside to collect the order.
- 2Verify the Order - Check that you have all items listed. Confirm with the vendor if needed.
- 3Mark Order as "Picked Up" - Tap the button in your driver app to update the status.
- 4Navigate to Delivery Address - Follow GPS directions to the customer's location.
- 5Contact Customer if Needed - If you can't find the address, use the in-app messaging to reach the customer.
- 6Deliver the Order - Hand the package to the customer or follow contactless delivery instructions.
- 7Take Delivery Photo - For contactless deliveries, take a photo showing where you left the package.
- 8Mark as "Delivered" - Complete the delivery in the app to receive payment.
Important: Never leave packages unattended unless the customer has selected contactless delivery. Always verify delivery instructions.
Handling Issues
- Customer Not Available: Wait 5 minutes, try calling/messaging. If no response, contact support.
- Wrong Address: Contact the customer to verify correct address. Do not leave at wrong location.
- Damaged Items: Take photos and report to support immediately. Do not deliver damaged goods.
- Order Issues: If items are missing at pickup, notify the vendor before leaving.
5. Understanding the Driver Agreement
Before you start driving, it's important to understand the terms of our Driver Agreement:

- Independent Contractor Status: You are an independent contractor, not an employee
- Compensation: You're paid per delivery, including base pay, distance bonuses, and customer tips
- Expenses: You are responsible for vehicle expenses including gas, maintenance, and insurance
- Taxes: You are responsible for reporting income and paying self-employment taxes
- Insurance: You must maintain valid auto insurance at all times
